Kendra M. (Dalzell) Rogers, 48, of Pomfret, Connecticut, and a former resident of Franklin, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, Tuesday June 11, 2024, following an illness. She was the beloved wife of Timothy P. "Tim" Rogers.
Born in Norwood on February 11, 1976 she raised by mother Dyane (Faria) Richards and step father Wayne Richards along with father Kenneth Dalzell and step mother Diane (Riordan) Dalzell. In addition to her husband Tim, she is survived by her children, Craig Kaczor of Plainfield, CT, Jacob Kaczor and his significant other Stephanie “Steph” and their daughter Mylah of Pomfret, CT, and step son Joseph Rogers of Burrillville, RI.
She is also survived by her siblings, Kimberly “Kim” and her husband Steven Germain of Northbridge, Keith Dalzell and his significant other Jennifer “Jenn” Lofgren of Bellingham, and Kristi and her husband William “Bill” Hough of Bellingham and sister in law Julie Rogers of Putnam, CT. She is also survived by her nephews Joshua “Josh” Wheeler and Nathan Germain and nieces Stephanie “Steph” Wheeler, Kourtnie “Miss K” Page, Samantha "Sam" Lofgren, Taylor Germain, Mia Dalzell, and Cassandra Rogers. Kendra was raised in Franklin and lived in Connecticut.
Kendra graduated from Franklin High School in 1994 and worked at Genesis for 13 years as a project manager.
She enjoyed a nice cup of coffee on her deck with her beagles (Jazzie Mae and Lexie Bum). Her favorite person to hang out with was her granddaughter Mylah and loved to entertain the rest of her family every weekend in her home. She loved a good crafting project, trip to the country store and a stop at the casino on the way home with country music on the radio.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her calling hours Thursday June 20th, in the Charles F. Oteri and Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. from 11AM-1PM.
A funeral service will be held at 1PM.
Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Franklin.
