Robin L. (Staples) Maccini, 65, peacefully passed away at home on Sunday, June 9, 2024, with family by her side.
Robin was born in Weymouth, MA, daughter of the late Donal Staples, Sr. and the late Elaine (Dobie) Staples, and had resided in Westport and Dartmouth for the last 40 years. She had an enduring passion and love for the water, whether she was enjoying the tranquility of the beach or the adventure of sailing on the ocean. Her days were often filled with the simple joys of bird watching, immersing herself in a good book, or exploring new culinary delights.
Above all, Robin’s greatest joy came from her family. She cherished every moment spent with her children and grandchildren, creating countless memories that will be treasured forever. Her warmth, wisdom, and love left an unforgettable mark on all who knew her.
Survivors include her husband Brian Maccini; her sons: Patrick Maccini and his wife Nicole, Justin Maccini and his wife Courtney, and Alex Maccini and his wife Kyla; her brother: Donal Staples, Jr.; her sister: Sandra Staples-Bortner; and six grandchildren: Cody, Alayna, Melia, Jaxson, Vincent, and Laurel, along with many nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Suzanne Staples and Greggory Staples.
