LACONIA ---- Sharon R. Fleischman, 80, of Shore Drive, passed away on Friday, June 7, 2024 at the Taylor Community, in Laconia, NH.
Sharon was born on December 11, 1943, in Baltimore, MD, the daughter of Bernard and Dorothy (Tuck) Rosenberg.
Sharon grew up in Scranton, PA. She moved to New Jersey with her husband, Jerry, where she worked as a nurse at Riverview Hospital. Sharon was the President and Treasurer of Red Bank New Jersey Hadassah. Sharon and her family moved to Laconia, NH, where she continued her work at Lakes Region General Hospital. She was also a board member of Temple B’nai Israel, in Laconia, NH.
Sharon is survived by her husband Jerry Fleischman, of Laconia, NH; sons Robert Fleischman and his wife Marianne, of Concord, NH, and Neil Fleischman and his significant other Roxanne Oka, of Eatontown, NJ; brother Marshall Rosenberg, of Scranton, PA; and grandchildren Sarah Fleischman and Emma Fleischman.
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 14, 2024 at 10:30am at Temple B'nai Israel, 210 Court Street, Laconia, NH.
Burial will follow at Union Cemetery, Academy Street, Laconia, NH.
Condolence luncheon will be held at Temple B’nai Israel, 210 Court Street, Laconia, NH, following burial.
