Stanley “Pete” Peters Jr. of Winthrop passed away on May 29, 2024. He was 68 years old. Stanley was the cherished son of the late Eleanor (King) Campbell and Stanley F. Peters Sr.
Stanley was a U.S. Army veteran serving from 1974-1976. Prior to his retirement, Stanley was employed in the taxi and livery industry.
Stanley was the dear brother of Terri Kinlin and her husband Robert of NH, Kimberly Kinlin and her husband Kenneth of Methuen, Michelle Fielding and her husband Michael of Winthrop, Carole Wesoja and her husband Bernie of NH, and the late John and Michael Peters. He was also survived by several nieces and nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
A funeral Mass will be held in St. John the Evangelist Church, (St. Michael’s Parish), 320 Winthrop St. Winthrop, on Friday, June 14, at 10AM. Relatives and friends are invited. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made to Caring for a Cure, Mass General Hospital Cancer Center, @cfacmgh).
