East Conway, NH, Harry Frank Pendexter, 71, passed away on 5/03/2024 in East Conway, NH after a long battle with respiratory Illness, and cancer.
Born 05/28/52 in Portland, Maine to Arline May and Donald Pendexter. Attending Gray New Gloucester High School Graduating in 1971, then attended SMCC. He was married to Sharon Pendexter. He Retired as a Machinist / Quality control inspector from Dearborn Precision (now Hunting / Dearborn) after working there for over 40 years.
He was a motorcyclist enthusiast and a member of the BMW internet Riders, and RAT. He biked across the United States and into Canada. He was a member of the local Gun Club in Fryeburg, Maine and enjoyed target practicing and reloading his own ammunition. He enjoyed playing chess and was an avid cribbage player as well as the weekly poker game with friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his brothers Arthur George Pendexter and Edmund Millard Pendexter & stepson Mathiew, and niece Emily Schwinabart.
He is survived by his wife Sharon Pendexter of East Conway, N.H., his son Donald Pendexter and his wife Nicole of Portland ME., brother Eugene Harmon and his partner Jane Preston of Dayton, ME. 2 stepdaughters, Val who lives in Vermont & Holly of East Conway, N.H. 5 sisters, Penny Brown and husband Charlie, Candy MacLaren, Mary Walker, Maricka Rogers- Randell and husband Ed, Peggy Burg. 5 nephews, 7 nieces, several grand- nieces & nephews. As well as many cousins and their families.
A celebration of life will be held Friday, June 14th, 2024, at Poitras, Neal & York Funeral Home. 71 Maple St. (Rt#25), Cornish, ME. at 7:00p.m.
