Lisa Ann Powell, 58, of Plainville, MA and formerly of Falmouth, MA, passed away on Monday, May 27, 2024.
The youngest daughter of George and Claire (Barrett) Powell, Lisa was raised in Dedham, MA and attended Dedham public schools for her primary and secondary education. As the sixth child among seven siblings, Lisa grew up surrounded by a large and bustling family. Valuing relationships deeply, she thrived in maintaining close connections with both family members and dear friends. Lisa’s resilience shone brightly throughout her life, as she courageously faced life-altering hardships without allowing them to dim her optimistic spirit. She was a true survivor.
Lisa is predeceased by her father. She is survived by her mother and siblings: Richard Powell and wife Cindy, Marianne Madden and husband John, Susan Aroche and husband Avi, Carolyn Chavez and husband Raul, Cathy Powell and Robert Powell and wife Voula. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, and cousins.
At the request of her family, funeral services will be private.
