Nancy Nogler, born Nancy Willis on February 20, 1945, peacefully passed away on May 12, 2024, in Weymouth, MA, at the age of 79. Raised and educated in Whitman, Nancy was the daughter of the late Harold E and Ingeborg Willis. She worked for First Student as a bus driver for 30 years, dedicating herself to ensuring the safety of countless children during her career.
Nancy will be remembered for her passion for life and her various hobbies. She enjoyed going to the Flea Market with her son Buddy, shopping with her daughter Michelle, and spending quality time sitting and drinking coffee with her husband Mel and daughter Lisa, and grandchildren. Nancy found solace in knitting, gardening, and collecting Swedish nic naks.
She is survived by her loving husband, Melvin Nogler Jr, her sons, Stanton (Buddy) Nogler and Sam Nogler, and her daughters, Lisa Dionne (Jim Krause), Michelle (Bob Smith), Lauri Nogler, Nancy Nogler and sister Susan (Sue) Fitzgibbons and her husband Jack and Family. She was predeceased by her daughter, Lisa Elaine Willis. Nancy is also survived by her grandchildren, Valerie and Vicky Dionne, Heather, Jennifer, and Melissa Nogler, Joshua and Jessica Foster, and Amanda Vallie, as well as her nieces, nephews, and great- grandchildren Jaelynn and Ari. Nancy had love for her two dogs Duke and Shadow.
Nancy Nogler will be deeply missed by her family and friends. May she rest in peace.
