Sebastian Campbell Yokum, age 29 of Plain City, Ohio passed away Wednesday May 15, 2024. Sebastian was born November 4, 1994 in Columbus, Ohio the son of David and Kathy Yokum. He graduated in 2013 from Jonathan Alder High School.
Sebastian was an avid sports fan and faithfully cheered on The Ohio State Buckeyes. He enjoyed playing video games, drawing, writing, and watching movies. Sebastian was a talented artist and had a great sense of humor. He was a giving person and would often go out of his way to help others.
He is survived by his loving parents David and Kathy Yokum, his sister Nina Yokum and her fiancée Hunter Conkel of Plain City, Ohio., his Grandma Joan Fogle of Marion, Ohio, Susan and Jeff Krouse of Ostrander, Ohio, Michael and Lara Fogle of Marion, Ohio, Neva and Jeff Alles of Buffalo, New York, Angela and Michael Hahn of Lancaster Kentucky and Gloria and Indranil Basak of Oregon City, Oregon; cousins, Gage, Kimberly, Oliver, Olivia, Mitchell, Matthew, Tyler, Casey, Cole, Priyanka and Sanjana.
Sebastian is preceded in death by his Grandpa, G. Roger Fogle of Marion, Ohio and Grandma, Barbara Summers of Lancaster, Kentucky, and Clarence E. Yokum of Galloway, Ohio.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
