BEVERLY J. BARTON CLAWSON OBITUARY
Beverly J. Barton Clawson, 81, of Indiana, PA went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 27, 2024 at the Communities At Indian Haven in Indiana, PA.
Born on August 7, 1942 in Cleveland, OH to the late E. Marie Barton, she was raised by her adopted parents, Rev. C.C. and Orpha D. (Stumpf) Clawson.
Beverly attended Indiana H.S. and was a CNA and Phlebotomist. She was previously employed by St. Andrews Village, VNA, American Red Cross and as a private duty caregiver.
A member of the Trinity United Methodist Church in Indiana, PA, she had been a member of the church choir. Beverly thoroughly loved music and singing.
She did a great deal of volunteer work. Beverly had a passion for doing knitting projects, from caps to afghans. She dearly loved her cat, Chester.
Beverly is survived by her cousin.
Preceded in death by her birth mother; her adopted parents and her sisters: Elisabeth M. and Martha Clawson.
Visitation will be on Saturday, June 1, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the 12:00 p.m. noon funeral service at the Rairigh Funeral Home, Ltd. in Hillsdale, PA. Rev. Greg Golden and Rev. Patrick Lenox will officiate. Interment at East Mahoning Cemetery, Purchase Line, PA.
