Beloved father, step-father, grandfather,
husband & life partner Stanislaw "Stanley" Skrzyniarz passed away peacefully on the morning of May 26, 2024 in Dorchester.
Stanley
immigrated from Poland in 1981, proudly became a US citizen and lived the American dream of starting his own business, Stanley Construction. As a contractor Stanley's attention to detail, craftsmanship and longevity was so sought after that people happily
waited in a 2-3 year long queue for his work.
Stanley
was a quiet and simple man who always prioritized others above himself. No matter the time, he would rush over to help family & friends with emergency jobs, always adamantly refusing payment. "Nie ma za co" he’d say, meaning “don’t worry about it”.
He
loved fishing, watching Polish sports (soccer and handball), playing with his dog Misia, handing out Polish candy & grilling out with his family.
Stanley
is survived by his son Edward Skrzyniarz and step son Adam Pieniazek and his grandson Jones. Stanley was happiest spending time with his sons, whether it was while teaching them craftsmanship, fishing, complaining about the polish national soccer team or just
sitting and talking (and not talking).
Stanley
is also survived by his cherished life partner of 4 decades, Krystyna Pieniazek, and his sisters Teresa, Krystyna and Marysia.
Stanley
was predeceased by his loving wife Janina, father Franciszek, mother Helena-Stefania, and brothers Kazimierz and Stefan Chlastawa.
Stanley,
we, your family and all of the many people you've met, helped and love throughout the years would love to thank you for all the immense knowledge, help, candies and love you've shared with all of us but we already know you'd just tell us "nie ma za co".
