Phyllis (Bolton) Robart, age 95, a former longtime resident of Tewksbury, passed away at the Fellowship Community in Whitehall, PA on Monday, May 27, 2024.
She was the beloved wife of Carl C. Robart, who passed away on May 5, 2000.
Born in Lowell on October 23, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Clifford J. Bolton and the late Mabel (Kenyon) Bolton.
Phyllis was raised in West Tewksbury on the Bolton family farm and attended Tewksbury Public schools.
She was an active member of the Lawrence Street Methodist Church and served on numerous committees through the years.
Phyllis enjoyed spending time with family, participating in the activities offered by the Tewksbury Senior Center, as well as quilting, and playing Bingo.
She will lovingly be remembered for her passion for cooking and baking.
Phyllis leaves her daughters, Susan Kiberd and her late husband Richard, of Andover, Nancy Yerrington and her husband Rev. Philip Yerrington, of Whitehall, PA, Dwight Robart and his wife Rose, of Gainesville, GA, and Jason Robart and his wife Amy, of Atkinson, NH: nine grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, one great great grandson, many nieces, nephews and extended family members.
Phyllis was the sister of the late Beverly McDonald, Harold, Cliff and David Bolton.
Calling hour will be Saturday, June 1st from 1- 2 p.m. at the Lawrence Street Methodist Church, 1189 Lawrence Street, Lowell to be followed by funeral services to be held at the church. The burial will take place at the Lowell Cemetery on Monday, June 3rd at 10 a.m. At the request of Phyllis, in lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Friends of the Elderly, and mailed to the Tewksbury Senior Center, 175 Chandler Street, Tewksbury, MA 01876.
