GILMANTON ---- Timothy J. Baker, Sr., 57, died Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at home.
Born in Concord to Fred and Eleanor (Abbott) Baker. Tim attended local schools and then went to work with his brothers at Baker Brick & Block.
Tim enjoyed fishing, tinkering with small engines, and yard work. His passion was decorating the home and yard for Christmas and Halloween. Many referred to him as “Mr. Christmas”. Tim was an animal lover having many dogs and cats as companions.
Tim’s greatest love was his family. In addition to his wife, Helen of Gilmanton, he leaves a son Timothy Baker, Jr. and his fiancé, Emily Ryan of Franklin; daughter Teena Amaro of Laconia; brother Thomas Baker; sisters Cindy (David) Homo and Robin Baker; grandchildren: Connor Kiviniemi, Lylyan Barlow, and Damien Gilbert. He was predeceased by his brothers Robert and John Baker.
