Angelique M. Johnson, 44, of Lowell passed away unexpectedly after years battling her personal illness on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at Lowell General Hospital.
She was born in Lowell on August 16, 1979 and was a daughter of Stephen Johnson and Catherine (Bergeron) Johnson. She was raised and educated in the Belvidere Neighborhood of Lowell and was a communicant of Immaculate Conception Parish.
Angelique had a deep passion for dance and spent 10 years practicing acrobatics at the Demitra School of Dance. She was also highly artistic and possessed a remarkable talent for writing. Her laid-back personality and the kindness she loved to extend to others will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her four children, Joseph Greathead of Lowell, Amber Greathead of Lowell, Shayanne Laganas of Seabrook, NH and Autumn Johnson of Lowell; and her siblings, Stephen Johnson of New Hampshire, Michael Johnson of Lowell, Melanie Foyle and her husband, Declan, of Lowell and Jessica Johnson and her partner, Diego Baretto of Lowell.
She is also survived by her special Godmother and aunt, Susan Mailloux of NH; and her in laws, George and Jill Laganas of New Hampshire and her niece, nephews, several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Angelique was predeceased by her grandmother the late Josephine Barry-Bergeron.

On Saturday, June 1, 2024 all are welcome to attend her cemetery service at 10 a.m. at Lowell Cemetery, 77 Knapp Ave., Lowell.
