Christopher Walker, 32, earned his guardian angel wings on May 11th, 2024. Chris was a special son and brother who devoted his life to helping others. Chris was a kind-hearted nurse in the ICU at Good Samaritan Hospital in Brockton, MA, and with BAMSI group homes. Chris was a life-long learner and pushed himself to continue with his nursing education. He was always ambitious and was looking into pursuing NP or CRNA schooling. It was no doubt that Chris would have been the best healthcare provider due to his compassion and love for everyone around him.
Chris was born in Taunton, MA, and was a vibrant and exciting child. He was a graduate of Middleboro High School and UMASS Dartmouth, where he obtained his nursing degree. He had a love for animals, especially his cat “Nala.” He had a passion for fitness and enjoyed bicycling and running during the warm months. He was also an avid gamer. Mostly, though, he was a motorcycle enthusiast. He rode his motorcycle every chance he had, and we know that he is riding his motorcycle in Heaven right now. Chris lived life to the fullest and was constantly a spirited and dependable son, brother, and friend.
Chris is survived by his mother, Susan Westgate; his father, Michael Walker, and wife, Mary; and his grandparents, Dennis and Shannon Walker. He is also survived by his sisters, Cassondra Vahling and Rachael Schuberth; his brother, Alex Schuberth; five nieces; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
