Sandra J. Benson (Cafarelle), age 69, of Brockton, formerly of Hyde Park, passed on May 15, 2024 at South Shore Hospital.
She was the daughter of Jean M. Valenti and William E. Benson (both deceased) and daughter-in-law of Mary A. Dare and Ralph M. Cafarelle Sr. (both deceased).
She is survived by her daughter: Allison M. Cafarelle; her son: Stephen J. Cafarelle; her grandson: Javonn I Thorne-Cafarelle; her sister: Debra (Benson) Connolly. She was sister-in-law to: Ralph and Penny Cafarelle, Frank and Cheryl Cafarelle, and Joe Connolly; and mother-in-law to her children’s spouses. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and extended family.
She loved music, reading, doing word searches, crossword puzzles, watching cooking shows and spending lots of time with her grandson.
There will be no services or viewing per her request.
