In Loving Memory of Pamela Jill Bruns January 27, 1952 - May 12, 2024 With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Pamela Bruns, a beacon of light and joy in the Prosser community, Pamela’s vibrant spirit and warm smile were her gifts to the world, leaving a lasting impression on everyone she met.
Born on January 27, 1952, to Dick and Joyce Bayne in Yakima, WA. She was raised and educated in Yakima and graduated from Eisenhower High School in 1970 and then attended Yakima Valley College. Bucy met Pam on a blind date. They were married on October 14, 1984 and made their home in Prosser.
Pamela’s life was a testament to love, care, and community. She had the unique ability to light up any room she entered, her laughter and energy an infectious force that drew people together.
Pamela was a cherished mother, wife, grandmother, sister, and friend. She is survived by her loving son Cody Bruns, her devoted daughter in law Hilary Bruns, and her adored grandchildren Blakely, Cooper, Jace, and Grady. Her legacy of love continues through her sisters, Cherri Lange and Karen Bayne, who share in the family’s pride and joy of Pam’s life.
An avid gardener, Pamela found peace and solace working in her yard, her hands shaping the beauty of nature that mirrored her inner grace. Her yard and house were a place of gathering, of laughter, and of memories made with family and friends.
As we bid farewell to Pam, we hold tight to the memories, the moments of joy, and the lessons of kindness she imparted on us all. Her spirit will continue to guide us, like a lighthouse guiding ships in the night, reminding us of the warmth and light she brought into our lives.
In honor of Pam please join us for an evening of sharing memories and celebrating the life of Pam.
