Nicole "Nikki" Bergin passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Nikki leaves behind her cherished daughters, Tayla Nestor and her fiancé Andy Flores of Everett, and Gia Meola of Peabody. She was the beloved daughter of Deborah Bergin of Peabody and Michael Bergin and his wife Patrice of Melrose.
Nikki is also survived by her dear siblings, Michael Bergin of Saugus, Leanne and Mike Brum of Saugus, and Thomas Bergin of Melrose. She was a devoted Grammy to Natalia Flores and was affectionately known as Aunty Cookie to Alexander Brum and her other nieces and nephews.
Her extended family includes numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, all of whom will remember her fondly.
Nikki's warmth, strength, and love for her family will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A Funeral service will be held at the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Wednesday May 22nd at 10:30am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4:00pm-8:00pm. Interment will be private.
