Nancy J. Cullen
Parishioner of St. William’s Parish
Nancy J. (Geragosian) Cullen, age 69, a resident of Tewksbury for 39 years, formerly of Woburn and Stoneham, passed away following a courageous battle with cancer on Thursday, May 9, 2024, with loved ones at her side.
Born in Stoneham on July 24, 1954, she was the daughter of the late George and Sona (Tourian) Geragosian.
Nancy graduated from Stoneham High School. Following high school, she attended North Adams State College, where she received her bachelor’s degree in special education and psychology.
Prior to her retirement, she was employed by the Reading Public School System as a Special Education Paraprofessional.
An active member of the St. William’s Church Community, Nancy was a member of ACTS group and the Prayer Shawl Group since 2014.
She was blessed with an adventurous spirit and enjoyed traveling, gardening, yoga, dining at fine restaurants, and attending family gatherings.
Nancy leaves two sons, Ryan Cullen and his wife Erica, of Hudson, NH, and Dylan Cullen and his partner, Dan Quigley, of Northampton, MA: two grandchildren, Liam and Khloe: her former husband, Joseph F. Cullen, of Exeter, NH: one sister, Kathleen Speen and her husband Michael, of Andover: one brother, David Geragosian, of Danvers: many extended family members as well as her church family at St. William’s.
Calling hours are Wednesday, May 15th from 10 to 11:15 a.m. at St. William’s Church, 1351 Main Street, Route 38, Tewksbury, followed by her Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 11: 30 a.m. in the church. Services will conclude with interment at St. Mary Cemetery, 90 River Road, Tewksbury. At Nancy’s request, please Omit Flowers.
