Mrs. Barbara E. (Wallace) King 89 of Franklin died Friday June 23, 2006 at the Sunbridge Care and Rehabilitation Center in Milford, following a long illness. She was the wife of Norman B. King.
Born in Attleboro, September 20, 1916 a daughter of the late James and Sarah Wallace, she lived in Franklin for most of her life.
Mrs King was a devout Jehovah’s Witness, and was an active member of the Sharon Kingdom Hall. She was also a member of the Franklin Senior Citizens, and the American Association of Retired Persons.
Survivors in addition to her husband include a brother James Wallace of Bellview, Florida and a sister Ruth Rheame of Amherest, New Hampshire.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Memorial Service Saturday July 8, 2006 at 2PM at the Sharon Kingdom Hall 374 Old Post Road, Sharon. Interment is private.
There are no public calling hours.
