WORCESTER — Suzette Cintra, 77, of Holliston, MA formerly of New Bedford, passed away on Saturday, July 15, 2006 at UMASS Memorial Medical Center, Worcester after a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Jorge C. Cintra. Mrs. Cintra enjoyed homemaking and being with her family. She was born in Lisbon, Portugal.
Survivors include one son, George Cintra and his wife Karen both of Holliston; a brother, Frank Fernandes of Evansville, Indiana; a sister, Amalia DaSilva of New Bedford; two grandchildren, Kelley and Christopher Cintra of Holliston; and several nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will take place on Thursday, July 20, 2006, at 9:30 A.M. from the Wilson Chapel, 479 County St., New Bedford, Ma. with a Mass at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church on Rivit Street, New Bedford at 10:30 A.M. Visiting hours on Wednesday from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home. Burial is private.
