CLARK, Martha Louise “Tookie” (O’Brien,) April 30, 2024, in her 99th year. Predeceased by her beloved husband Herbert “Bud” Clark, her son Daniel “Danny” Clark, and her daughter, Elizabeth “Betty” Adams. Survived by her children; Mark and Cheryl Clark, Mary Clark and her late spouse Terri Werner, Paul and Estelle Clark, Anne Clark and Gordon Macrae, Michael Clark and his late wife Pam, Joan Clark and Larry McCarthy, Betty’s husband Michael Adams, Patricia Clark and Ken Gardner, and John and Therese Clark. Also survived 16 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and many relatives and friends. Born in Dorchester in 1925, she lived a life full of joyous energy that spanned almost a century. She raised 10 children, was a devoted Catholic, an artist, a teacher, a Girl Scout leader, and a lover of song and dance and whimsical fun. She will be missed by all who were lucky enough to have known her.

Her funeral will be held from the Beals-Geake-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 29 Governors Avenue, Medford on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at 9 AM followed by a Mass of Christian burial celebrated in St. Raphael’s Church, 514 High St, Medford at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are most welcome to attend. Visiting hours will be held on Friday, May 3, 2024, from 4 to 7 PM. Interment will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Medford.
