Auburn: Arline (Holdsworth) Kimball, 99, passed away peacefully on April 29, 2024 at home. She leaves 2 sons- Harvey and Herbert; 2 daughters- Diane and Susan; 16 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband of almost 78 years Frederick Kimball, a son Douglas, and siblings Robert and Fred Holdsworth and June Gibbs.
Arline was born in Holden, daughter of the late Fred and Helen (Osborne) Holdsworth. She graduated from High School and worked as a caretaker for many years. She was a member of Chestnut St. Congregational Church in Worcester and enjoyed sewing, crocheting, taking walks with her husband, traveling to Martha’s Vineyard, Bermuda, and Cape Cod.
Following cremation, a memorial service will be held in the chapel at Rural Cemetery on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in the cemetery. There are no calling hours.
