Joyce M. (Bennett) Grace, 87, of Westport, peacefully passed away at home on Monday, April 29, 2024 with her family by her side. She was the wife of the late Kenneth E. Grace, they shared 50 years of marriage.
Mrs. Grace was born in Pawtucket, RI daughter of the late Horace V. and Agnes (Blackwood) Bennett and had resided in Westport for most of her life. She was an avid gardener and a pet lover. Her greatest joy was spending time with her great grandchildren.
Survivors include her son: Thomas E. Grace of Wareham; her daughter: Kerry L. Burke and her husband Tom of Westport; 3 grandchildren: Shelby Simcoe, Shannon Sowersby and Aaron "Cy" Grace; along with 3 great grandchildren: Lily, Emma and Oliver.
She was the mother of the late David K. Grace.
Funeral service to which relatives and friends are invited will be Thursday, May 2, 2024 at 7:00 P.M.
Calling hours will be Thursday at the Potter Funeral Home from 4-7 P.M. prior to the service.
Interment will be private.
