Jean L. Thorpe, 90, of Derry, NH, passed away Monday April 22, 2024, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on November 21, 1933 in Gloucester, MA, a daughter of the late Albert and Annie (Costa) Perry. Jean worked for Bond Leather for several years.
She is survived by her daughter, Joanne Tiberio and husband the late Michael of Derry, three grandchildren, Steven Tiberio, Daniel Tiberio and Matt Tiberio; three brothers, Albert Perry, Witt Perry, and Elmer Perry; three sisters, Emma Sears, Janet Amaral, and Pauline Perry; as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family. She was predeceased by her husband Ralph Thorpe in 2006.
There are no calling hours. Following cremation, Jean will be laid to rest with her beloved husband Ralph in Seaside Cemetery, Gloucester, MA at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to your local animal shelter or charity to benefit animals in your community.
