BELMONT ---- Claude Irving Kenney, 80, died Thursday, April 18, 2024, at the New Hampshire Veterans Home in Tilton.
Claude was born on July 18, 1943 in Biddeford, ME to the late John Rockwell and Kathleen Ann (Brown) Kenney.
He served in the USAF. He was a self-employed truck driver for many years. He enjoyed golfing, riding his motorcycle, and bowling. Claude was an avid New England sports fan. He never missed watching their games.
Claude is survived by his wife of 31 years, Brenda (Blais) Kenney; son, Eric Kenney and his wife Laura; daughters Tammy Rudd and Kimberly Kenney; step-daughters, Tara Baker and her husband Nelson, Jill Hawkins and her significant other Tim, Cari Fournier and her significant other Doug; brother Allan Kenney and his wife Mary; sisters Jackie Eckhardt, Lola Blais and her husband Wayne, and Ilene Landry and her husband Philip; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his sister Pauline Locke, brother Byron Kenney and brother-in-law Charles Eckhardt.
There will be no calling hours.
A Graveside Service will be held on a later date at New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen, NH.
