Grady Edward O'Bryant, 56, of Tifton passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2003, at Tift Regional Medical Center. His funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May3, 2003, at Springhill Baptist Church in Tifton with the Rev. Freddie Thomas and the Rev. Bill Dailey, Jr. officiating. Mr. O'Bryant was laid to rest at Tift Memorial Gardens.
Members of the United States Military served as pallbearers.
Born November 10, 1946, in Tift County, Mr. O'Bryant was the son of the late Lucille Pettett. He was a coil operator at Heatcraft in Tifton; and he was a member of Bible Baptist Church in Tifton. He was also a veteran of the United States Army.
Mr. O'Bryant is survived by his wife, Normagene Holcomb O'Bryant of Tifton; one brother, Ricky Richards of Tifton; and three sisters, Mary Ann Gates of Leesburg, Joyce Branch of Omega and Cynthia Morris of Tifton.
