Charles Henry Gibbs, 69, of Norman Park passed away Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at his residence. A private funeral service and burial will be held for Mr. Gibbs at a later date.
Born November 1, 1954, in Tift County, Mr. Gibbs was the son of the late Calvin Henry “C. H.” Gibbs and Barbara Jean Waters Gibbs. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Gini Crayton Gibbs. Before retiring, he was a self-employed farmer. He was a hard worker; he loved his grandchildren; he loved farming and his cats.
Mr. Gibbs is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Carey and Jennifer Gibbs of Missouri; one daughter and son-in-law, Amy and Tim Baucom of Norman Park; one brother, Philip Dean Gibbs of Tennessee; two sisters, Theresa Ann Gibbs of Orlando, Florida and Michelle L. Kightlinger of Tennessee; and three grandchildren, Brett Allen Baucom and his wife, Janae, Ari Gibbs and Dustin Baucom.
