Anna Elizabeth Bolton McLeod, 79, of Eustis, Florida passed away Wednesday, February 26, 2003, at Share-A-Home in Eustis, Florida. A graveside funeral service was held for Mrs. McLeod at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 28, 2003, at Oak Ridge Cemetery, where she was laid to rest. The Rev. Frank Morris officiated.
Born August 18, 1923, in Tift County, Mrs. McLeod was the daughter of the late Homer Bolton and Kathleen Clark Bolton. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John D. McLeod. Before retiring, she was a banker at South Georgia Banking Company in Tifton.
Mrs. McLeod is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Robert "Bob" and Lisa McLeod of Atlanta; one daughter and son-in-law, Debbie Ann and Cleon Hiers of Mount Dora, Florida; and five grandchildren, Elizabeth McLeod, Alex McLeod, Derith Hiers, Danielle Hiers and Dawn Hiers.
