Obituary

Albert Jackson "Jackie-Mac" McMillan, Jr. 59, of Enigma passed away Monday, October 27, 2003, at his residence. His funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 30, 2003, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. Steve Hand and the Rev. Sean McMillan officiating. Mr. McMillan was laid to rest at Turner Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Enigma.

Mr. McMillan's nephews served as pallbearers.

Born March 7, 1944, in Berrien County, Mr. McMillan was the son of the late Albert Jackson McMillan, Sr., who passed away in 1982 and Alice Mathis McMillan, who passed away in 1999. He was also preceded in death by one daughter; four sisters; and one brother. He was a truck driver; and he was of the Baptist faith. He was a veteran of the United States Army and served in the Korean War.

Mr. McMillan is survived by one brother, Donald McMillan of Mystic; and three sisters, Selma Hogan of Clermont, Florida and Mary Alice McMillan and Sally Franks, both of Enigma.
