Mary Jane Gallagher, 79, of West Church Street, Greenville, passed away on Thursday April 11, 2024 surrounded by her family in the Hulitar Hospice Intake Center, Providence. She was the wife of the late Robert L. Gallagher.
Born in Rochester, NY, a daughter of the late Clara ( Cardinale ) Fiorino. She had lived in Smithfield for 51 years previously living in Rochester, NY.
Mary Jane loved taking care of her family, cooking, crafting, playing cards and dancing. She was a member and had participated in a variety of Hi Lo Jack leagues.
She leaves her children, Thomas “Tommy” Gallagher and his wife Ann of Narragansett, Anthony “Tony” Gallagher and his wife Cindy of Monroe, NC, Sheri O’Connor and her husband Steven of Foster, Robert “Robby” Gallagher and his wife Laura of Peyton, CO and Shannon Gallagher of Smithfield. She was the grandmother to Alicia, John, Briana, Mark, Michael, Sierra, Max, Nicholas, Kyle, Barrett, Donald, Makayla, and great-grandmother to 6.
