Ralph Francis Gironda, Jr. was born September 17, 1946 in New Rochelle, NY to Ralph, Gironda, Sr. and Rose Colangelo, who preceded him in death. He graduated from New Rochelle High School in 1964 and studied archaeology. He held a patent on an earth-sifting machine.
Ralph Jr. spent his adult life as a resident of White Plains, NY where he resided at the time of his death, October 24, 2023. He is survived by his brother Robert A. Gironda, Sr. (Sarah Bracey White) of Ossining, NY; two nieces Lisa Gironda of Manhattan, and Suzanne Starling of Leverett, Massachusetts, and a nephew Robert Gironda, Jr. of Encinitas, California.
