Mrs. Ida Mary (Annacone) Gentry, a resident of Haverhill, formerly of Lawrence and Medford and beloved wife of the late Carl W. Gentry, passed away at the High Pointe Hospice House in Haverhill on Monday morning, April 8, 2024. She was 101 years old.
Born in Boston, Massachusetts, on April 2, 1923, she was the beloved daughter of the late Louis and Margaret (Lanzetta) Annacone.
In her spare time, Mary enjoyed cooking and rediscovered painting and dancing during the past year. She will be dearly missed.
Mary is survived by her loving children; Richard Gentry and his fiance Maureen Oliver of Maine and Elaine and her husband Edward Arion of Minnesota, daughters-in-law; Lizabeth Gentry of Connecticut and Pamela Gentry of New Hampshire, grandchildren; Carleen, Marlena and her husband Bryan, Matthew, David and his wife Micah, Elizabeth and her husband Tim and Ryan, great-grandchildren; Isabelle, Gentry, Elaina, Noah, Everett and Aliyah and several nieces and nephews. She was also the mother of the late Carl W. Gentry, Jr. and Robert Gentry, sister of the late; Louis Annacone, Angelo Annacone, Connie Chiarello and Dorothy Arcadipane and mother-in-law of the late; Gail Gentry and Maureen Gentry.
