George "Georgie" Thomas Joslin unexpectedly passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at the age of 46. He is survived by his longtime companion, Pamela Hall, his brother, John (Dorothy) Joslin, his sisters, Jennifer (Edward) Munger and Sandra Dewing, his two nephews, Jake and Geoff, as well as his beloved cat Colby. Those who predeceased him include his mother, Dorothy Mae Joslin, and his father, George Thomas Dewing.
George was born in Massachusetts, raised in South Boston "Southie" until relocating to Schenectady, New York where he attended grade school. In his teenage years, he found his way back to Boston.
George had a strong work ethic no matter the position he held at the time. He started his printing career at Winthrop Printing in Boston and worked his way up to lead pressman. He continued his career as lead pressman at the Troy Record and Quebecor World Printing.
George enjoyed listening to music, Alice in Chains being one of his favorite bands. George loved his Irish roots, recently attending the St. Patrick's Day parade in Southie.
