Worcester - Sean R. Maynard, 56, of Worcester, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 30, 2024, at UMass Memorial Medical Center-University Campus after a sudden illness earlier in the week.
Born in Worcester MA, Sean is survived by his mother, Margaret O'Brien of Palm Desert, CA; his brother Patrick, along with his wife Kunlarat and a nephew Jeramey. He is predeceased by his father Gary H. Maynard.
Sean attended David Prouty High School in Spencer and dedicated many years to the food industry, most recently at the Beachwood hotel, where he looked forward to his work each day.
An avid reader and animal lover, Sean especially cherished caring for his cats. In his youth, he excelled as a dancer, finding joy in ballet performances.
