Jeffrey Scott Skaggs of Tifton, 59, passed away Friday, March 29, 2024, at Tift Regional Medical Center. His funeral service will be held at 11:00 am. Tuesday, April 2, 2024, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals. Mr. Skaggs will be laid to rest at a later date. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of the service.
Born December 14, 1964, in Elizabeth Town, Kentucky, Mr. Skaggs was the son of the late Ellard Skaggs and Shirley Mae Thacker Skaggs.
Mr. Skaggs is survived by his wife, Pamela Skaggs of Ocilla; three daughters and sons-in-law, Heather and Andrew Belcher of Fleming Island, Florida, Kayla and Justin Carter of Omega and Rebecca and Denson Ferrell of Fort Worth, Texas; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Steven B. and Loretta Skaggs of Tifton and David and Pam Lair of Elizabeth Town, Kentucky; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Rhonda and Joe Roberts of Sycamore and Crystal Lair of Illinois; three grandchildren, Aleah Skaggs, Braylon Belcher and Rylee Rose Ferrell; and several nieces and nephews.
