Gino K. Villa of Billerica passed away suddenly on March 19, 2024. He was 64 years old. Gino was the beloved husband of Christine A. (Saulnier) Villa. Born in Somerville, he was the cherished son of Marcellino and Whilemina (Pichler) Villa of Medford.
Gino was currently employed for over 20 years with the Belmont Department of Public Works-Highway Division where he worked as a mason. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and was a member of the Woburn Gun Club. Gino’s family was the most important part of his life. He was a loving husband, father and brother but most of all he adored being a proud grandfather, ready to spoil them whenever he could.
Gino was the devoted father of Andrea Villa-Sherman and her husband Eddie of Everett and Danielle Villa and her husband Joey Minchello of Tewksbury. He was the adored grandfather of Adam and Elisabeth Sherman and Gianna Minchello. Gino was the dear brother of Edward Villa of Winchester, Linda Testa of ME., Christopher Villa of Burlington and Steven Jackson of WA.
Visiting hours will be held in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, MA. on Saturday, March 23 from 9-11AM, followed by a funeral service in the funeral home beginning at 11AM. Relatives and friends are invited.
