Tatyana Ortiz-Jorge, 3 days old, died Saturday July 8, 2006 unexpectedly at Massachusetts General Hospital. Born in New Bedford on July 5, 2006, she was the daughter of Tyson L. Jorge and Denise Ortiz. Survivors include her parents; her paternal grandparents, Jose “Paqui” Jorge and Sherri Ramos of New Bedford; her maternal grandparents, Beatrice “Betty” Ramirez and Jorge Arroyo of New Bedford and Norberto Ortiz and Magali Ferra of New York; her great-grandparents Luz Perez of Puerto Rico, and Carmen A. Jorge of New Bedford; and several aunts and uncles.
