Worcester – Patricia H. (Salmon) Mallett, 81 of Worcester passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2024 in Saint Vincent Hospital after a brief illness.
Patricia was predeceased by her partner of 41 years, Mary Giacobbi and also predeceased by her first husband George Mallett Jr. She is survived by her 7 daughters, Tina Brokaw of Winter Haven, FL, Christine Mallett, and her wife Keri Belanger, of Worcester, Susan Mallett of Worcester, Patricia Ann LaPierre, and her husband David LaPierre, of Sutton, Debra Ann Higbie, and her husband Raymond Higbie, of Webster, Terrylee Smith, and her husband Kenneth Smith, of West Boylston and Jacklyn Marie Mallett of Worcester; 21 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
Patricia was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Daniel Salmon and Priscilla (Peltier) Lussier and is also predeceased by a son, George Mallett III and a sister, Terry DeSavage.
She worked for over 15 years as a machine operator at Killeen Manufacturing before retiring. Patricia always enjoyed taking trips to the beach with her partner, Mary and they especially enjoyed going to Newport and watching the boats in the Marina. She looked forward to her day trips to the casino and never missed watching an episode of Days of Our Lives, but she was truly the happiest when she was spending time with her grandchildren and her black lab and best friend Noodles.
A celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, March 21 at 4PM in the TSKK Members Club 21 Harris St. Webster, MA. Memorial contributions in memory of Patricia may be made to the National Kidney Foundation 209 W. Central Street Natick, MA 01760.
