Obituary

Imogene Hester Tice, 76 of Clermont, Florida passed away Thursday, May 27, 2004. Her funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 30, 2004, in Clermont, Florida with the Rev. Bert Harbison officiating; and at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 1, 2004, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. Bruce Thompson officiating. Mrs. Tice was laid to rest at Oak Ridge Cemetery.

Born April 3, 1928, Mrs. Tice moved to Clermont, Florida from Polk County, Florida in 1993. She was a homemaker; and she was a member of Oak Tree Baptist Church in Mascotte, Florida. She was known as Lady Jean of the Egypt Temple Shrine.

Mrs. Tice is survived by her husband, Clifton L. Tice of Clermont, Florida; one son and daughter-n-law, Bert and Debbie Barnes of Clermont, Florida; one sister, Betty DeVane of Clewiston, Florida; one brother-in-law, Moody F. Tice of Yuma, Arizona; seven sisters-in-law; two uncles, Bub Hester of Tifton and Lee Hester of Palitine, Texas; two granddaughters; and one great-grandson.
