Kiem Thi Pham, 103, of Spencer, died on Tuesday, March 12th in UMass Memorial Hospital – University Campus. She leaves her daughter, Lien Tran and her husband, Yem Ngoc Hoang of North Grafton; three grandchildren, Phiyen Hoang and her husband, John Le of Spencer, Vince Hoang and his wife, Tuyet of North Grafton; and Loc Hoang and his wife, Vinh of North Grafton; and eight great grandchildren, Steven Le and his wife, Mariesa, Tiffany Le, Brian Le and his wife, Erin, Michael Le, Kimberly Yu and her husband, Zach, Jonathan Hoang, Derek Hoang, and Julianna Hoang. She was predeceased by her husband, Nay Van Tran; and a son, Huynh Tran.
She was born in Kampuchea, Cambodia the daughter of Hai Van Tran and Bong Thi Pham. Kiem immigrated to the United States in 1993 and was a member of Our Lady of Vilna Church.
Her calling hours will be on Sunday, March 17th from 3:00p.m. until 6:00p.m. in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. Her funeral Mass will be on Monday, March 18th beginning at 10:00a.m. in Our Lady of Vilna Church, 153 Sterling Street. Cremation will follow in Rural Crematory, 180 Grove Street.
