Grace Cassaro (Cassaro) of Medford passed away on March 5, 2024. She was 93 years old. Grace was the beloved wife of the late Louis J. Cassaro. Born in Canicatti, Sicily, Italy, Grace was the cherished daughter of the late Maria (LoGiudice) and Calogero Cassaro.
Grace dedicated her life and love to her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and all her extended family.
Grace was the devoted mother of Joanne Guarente and her husband David of Salem, NH, Maria Rita Minichino and her husband Gregory of Methuen and Lucille Rizzo and her husband Carmen of Springfield. She was the adored grandmother Louis Rizzo and his wife Jessica of Bristol, RI, Mark Rizzo and his wife Nancy of Blandford, MA, Christa Forget and her husband Douglas of Springfield, Natasha Tibbetts and her husband Paul of Londonderry, NH, Alex Minichino and his wife Lauren of Pelham, NH, and Michael Minichino and his fiancé Katie Dumas of Pelham, NH. Grace was also the loving great grandmother of ten great-grandchildren. Grace was the dear sister of Maria Angela Milazzo and her husband Joseph of Somerville and the late Salvatore Cassaro and his surviving wife Jane of Peabody.
Visiting hours will be held in the Dello Russo Funeral Home 306 Main St. Medford, on Tuesday, March 12, from 9-11AM, followed by a funeral mass to be held in St. Francis Of Assisi Church, 441 Fellsway West, Medford, at 11:30. Relatives and friends are invited.
Services will conclude with burial in with Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
