CHICOPEE – Anthony F. “Ant” Goss, 23, of Chicopee, was Called Home on Monday, February 26, 2024. He passed into Eternal Life in Springfield tragically after an unfortunate accident. He was born in Holyoke on May 19, 2000, a beloved son of Amanda M. Goss of Chicopee. He was raised in Chicopee and graduated from Westfield Vocational High School. Anthony was very athletic and during his middle school days, played football for the Chicopee Chargers and played baseball for the Chicopee Fireballs. In addition to his loving mother, his mother’s companion, Josh Bendiksen; his brother, Alexander J. Goss and his fiancée, Kelsea Welch and their sons, Carter and Bryson Anthony; his brother, Ashton Jeffrey Goss; his maternal grandmother, Cheryl Ann Goss and her companion, Raymond Potvin; his maternal grandfather, Jeffrey E. Goss Sr.; his uncle, Jarrod N. Goss; his aunt, Alyssa Goss and her daughter, Amelia; and his extended family members and numerous friends. Anthony was predeceased by his uncle and Godfather, Jeffrey E. Goss Jr. who was Called Home on April 22, 2022. His family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. followed by a Prayer Service at 6:30 p.m. at the St. Pierre-Phaneuf Aldenville Chapels, (413-532-9806), 13 Dale Street, Chicopee, MA 01020. The parking lot and main entrance of the funeral home are located in the rear at 20 Lafayette Street, Chicopee, MA 01020.
