BUXTON- Carl A. Littlefield, age 67, passed away peacefully at home on March 2, 2024, with his loved ones at his side.
He was born in Portland on March 9, 1956, a son of the late Roger and Doris (Pinkham) Littlefield and graduated from Bonny Eagle High School.
Throughout Carl’s entire career he was a self-employed carpenter and owned and operated Littlefield Construction.
Carl will always be remembered as an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, snowmobiling, camping, and boating. He also enjoyed motorcycling, playing cribbage and poker, and was a NASCAR enthusiast.
Besides his parents, he is predeceased by a sister- Vickie Byrnes.
Carl is survived by his partner- Diane MacMillan of Buxton; children- Alishia (Littlefield) Nadeau and her husband John of Gorham, Carl Littlefield Jr. of MA, Leslie Stumpf and her husband Eric of FL, Michelle Lindquist and her husband Jason of FL, Amber Sawyer and her husband Brett of Standish, and Tiffani Proudman and her husband Sam of Hollis; brother- Ross Littlefield and his girlfriend Cheryl of Buxton; grandchildren- Ryan, Ben, Jake, Kerri, Elliot, Ayala, Audrey, Avery, Lindsey, Cullen, and Nash; and many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be held on Friday March 8th from 4 – 6 PM at the Chad E. Poitras Cremation and Funeral Service Chapel, 498 Long Plains Road (Rt. 22) in Buxton. A private graveside service will be held in the spring at South Buxton (Tory Hill) Cemetery.
