Mr. Frank P. Roberto, a longtime resident of Medford, formerly of the North End of Boston, passed away at the Lahey-Clinic Medical Center in Burlington on Monday evening, February 26, 2024. He was 91 years old.
Born in Boston on July 17, 1932, he was the beloved son of the late Joseph and Maria (Muscara) Roberto. Frank was employed as a Push Cart Peddler at Haymarket, for many years. In his spare time, he loved to visit the horse race tracks. He also loved to spend his winters in Miami. Frank will be dearly missed.
He is survived by his loving sister; Millie DiStefano of the North End and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grand nephews. He was also the brother of the late Jennie Contrada, Nina Ingala and Santa, Mary, Josephine and Peter Roberto.
His funeral service will be celebrated in the Beals-Geake-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 29 Governors Avenue, Medford on Thursday, February 29, 2024, at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are most welcome to attend. Visitation will be held in the funeral home, prior to the service, from 9 to 11 AM. Interment will be in the St. Michael Cemetery in Boston.
