Ronnie Edward Moody, 64, of Ocilla, Georgia, died Sunday, February 25, 2024, at Tift Regional Medical Center in Tifton, Georgia.
Graveside services will be held 2PM Friday, March 1, 2024 at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Rebecca, Georgia, with family presenting eulogies. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the cemetery.
Mr. Moody was born June 16, 1959, in Bartow, Florida, to the late Curtis Junior & Carolyn Ruth Byrd Moody. He loved to fish and go to the movies at his favorite theater Rockin 8 Cinemas. He was often found sitting outside listening to his radio. Mr. Moody participated with the Sunny Dale State and local Olympics.
He is survived by his sister, Robin & William Hudson of Ocilla; brothers: Billy Joe Moody, and Raymond “Lee” Moody, all of Ocilla and Dwayne & Tammy Moody of Thomasville. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Tim Moody and Carlos Junior Moody.
