BUXTON- It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Patricia Ann Hill, who departed from this world on February 25th, 2024. Patricia was born on January 11, 1970, in Portland, ME, to her loving parents Allen and Lorraine Hill. She peacefully transitioned in Falmouth, ME, surrounded by the love of her family and friends after bravely battling brain cancer.
Patricia's life was a testament to love, resilience, and unwavering strength. She accomplished so much during her time with us, leaving a legacy that will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her. Her memory will forever be cherished by those whose lives she touched.
Throughout her life, Patricia exemplified kindness, compassion, and a deep devotion to her family. She was a devoted mother to her children Andrea Brown, Ashley Brown, and Roger Emerson III, providing them with unwavering love and support. Patricia's siblings, Anna Pudvah and husband Gary Pudvah, Robert "Bobby" Hill, Mona Hill, Tina Doak and partner JB, were her pillars of strength, standing by her side through every joy and challenge life presented.
Patricia's grandchildren, Shane, Serenity, Julian, Sierra, Roger IV, and Easton, brought immense joy into her life, and she cherished every moment spent with them. She was a beloved friend to many, with a special bond with her best friend Jen Wilcox and husband Mark Varney, who shared countless memories and offered unwavering support throughout her journey.
Patricia's education at Bonny Eagle schools shaped her into the remarkable person she became, instilling in her a love for learning and a strong work ethic. She was known for her infectious smile, her selflessness, and her determination to give her children the world.
In addition to her immediate family, Patricia was preceded in death by her loved ones Tina Hill, Cynthia Murt, Bruce Hill, and Allen Hill. While she may no longer be physically present, her spirit lives on through the cherished memories she created with her family and friends.
A private funeral service will be held to honor and celebrate Patricia's life, reflecting the intimate and personal nature of her relationships. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Boston Children's Hospital in Patricia's memory.
Patricia Ann Hill will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Her love, light, and laughter will continue to shine bright in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her. May she rest in eternal peace, her legacy forever cherished by those whose lives she touched.
