Diedra M. Kotsakis, 52, of Londonderry, NH died Thursday February 22, 2024 at the Elliot Hospital, Manchester, NH following a brief illness. Diedra was born in Danvers, MA on October 2, 1971, a daughter of Michael Bresnahan and Gail Santarella. She had resided in Londonderry for over 20 years, formerly living in Danvers.
Diedra was a fun loving free spirit who felt most at home when she was by the ocean. She carried a light of positive energy with her that could fill a room and was noticeable even by those who didn’t know her. Most of all, Diedra loved her three children unconditionally and she made it her life’s mission to support and cherish them. In that regard, she couldn’t have been more successful.
She is survived by two sons, Troy Ward of Manchester, and Nicholas Kotsakis of Londonderry, one daughter, Eleni Kotsakis of Londonderry, her father, Michael Bresnahan of Manchester by the Sea, MA, her mother, Gail Santarella of Danvers, two brothers, Sean Bresnahan and his wife Jennifer of Danvers, and Eric Powers of N. Chelmsford, MA.
Following cremation, calling hours will be held on Wednesday February 28, 2024 from 6 – 8 pm at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry.
