Mary Jane Zmijewski-Stawicki, age 61 of Pompano Beach FL, died on January 12, 2024. Mary was born in Boston, MA, daughter of the late Edward A. and Clare M. (Burke) Zmijewski. Mary graduated in 1980 from Ursuline Academy in Dedham MA. She then graduated Boston College in 1984 with a nursing degree. Mary passionately supported U.S. veterans and was involved in the American Legion Post 142 in Pompano Beach.
Mary is survived by her husband Paul Stawicki, daughter Andrea Larsson, stepson Nikolas Stawicki, loving sister Jean Marie Zmijewski Taddeo (Philip), and nieces Gillian and Giavanna Taddeo.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 9 at St. Mary of the Assumption Church, 420 High St., Dedham at 10:30am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Interment in Brookdale Cemetery, Dedham.
