Michelle Maccini 1975-2024
Michelle Maccini, age 48, of Tewksbury, MA, passed away surrounded by family on February 16th after a period of declining health. She is survived by her mother Marsha Maccini and children, Madison and Logan Itri.
Michelle was born on March 13, 1975, in Woburn, MA, and was the beloved daughter of John and Marsha (Madore) Maccini. Michelle was raised in Tewksbury, MA, where she graduated from Tewksbury Memorial High School in 1993, she then went on to earn her associate degree from Bunker Hill Community College. Previously, Michelle worked as a paralegal at Novick & Moegelin.
Michelle could light up any room and was often the life of the party, she enjoyed gathering with her extended family and friends. In her downtime, she could often be found enjoying the Golden Girls or Law & Order with a slice of Espresso’s pizza and a glass of wine. Michelle loved their family trips to Disney World in Florida, a tradition that started when she was a child. She could often be found taking power walks through the neighborhood when the weather was good.
Above all, Michelle was a devoted mother to Madison and Logan Itri, who were her pride and joy. In addition to her mother and children, she is survived by her brothers John Jr. Maccini and his wife Catherine of Stoneham, Micheal Maccini of Waltham; her nieces and nephews Erica Maccini, Andrea Harris, Joey Maccini, Brian Maccini; and several great-nephews and a great-niece. She also leaves behind a large extended family and many cherished friends.
She is reunited in death with her father John Maccini and brother Joseph Maccini, as well as her grandparents Alexander & Lena Maccini and Clay & Dorothy Stevenson.
Calling hours are Tuesday, February 27th, from 4-8 p.m. at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee Street, Tewksbury. Her funeral procession will begin Wednesday, February 28th, at 9 a.m. at the funeral home, followed by her Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. at St. William’s Church, 1351 Main Street, Route 38, Tewksbury. Interment at St. Mary Cemetery, 90 River Road, Tewksbury. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Michelle’s memory to Tufts Medical Center.
