ATKINSON ---- Mary E. (McCormick) Larcome, age 55, passed peacefully at Golden View Health Care Center in Meredith, NH on Thursday, February 1, 2024.
Born in Concord, NH on August 14, 1968, Mary was one of three children to David R. and Susan F. (Murphy) McCormick. Mary grew up in Pembroke, NH, and was a graduate of Bishop Brady High School, class of 1987. After, she studied at the University of New Hampshire and worked as an early intervention educator. Mary worked as an educator until the birth of her two sons, where she became a stay-at-home mom and resided in Atkinson, NH for 20 years.
Mary took passion in raising her kids, while also battling Multiple Sclerosis. Diagnosed in 2003, she spent her time advocating for MS research and spreading awareness within her community. In her spare time, Mary enjoyed going to the gym, reading books, and spending time at the beach and lake with her family. She was loyal and kind. To her family, she was a sister who would do anything for you.
Mary is survived by her two sons, Jack and Samuel Larcome of Atkinson, NH; former husband Christopher Larcome of Atkinson, NH; her two sisters, Maureen DeRoche and husband Fred DeRoche of Meredith, NH, and Melissa Cristo and husband Chad Cristo of Tiburon, CA; along with four nieces and one nephew. Mary will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 24, at 10 A.M. at Saint Anne Parish, 26 Emerson Avenue, Hampstead, NH.
